Where have we been?! Working! I'm currently working on a couple long term projects while shooting this summer's weddings. The one I'm most excited about is The Heritage Project. Lexi inherited her late step father's Winston fly rod and in an effort to connect our families together, I will be chronicling her experience being introduced to the world and heritage of fly fishing on my late grandfather's camera. We'll be going to the Winston factory in Twin Bridges, MT, fishing the blue ribbon rivers around Montana and going to the home of fly fishing; the River Spey in Scotland.

Other happenings have included a renewed passion of my own in mixed martial arts. Our trip to San Francisco resulted in me going "ew...is that what I look like?" and getting back into the gym. Training with John at Fortress Combat Arts has been great. We've been friends for a long time, getting back onto the mats is like coming home. If you see odd bruises on me, don't worry, they're consensual (kinda).

Wedding season is in full swing, this week I'm looking forward to seeing Kjersti and Derrick make things official at Gallatin River Hideaway and excited to work with my friends Bondafide Film House again. Last week I was fortunate enough to work with Matt and Megan at their very unique Steampunk themed wedding in Livingston, MT. Stay tuned for more photos from both weddings!
